Where the normal full-fee applies, a non-refundable booking fee of 50% of the full cost is required to confirm a booking.
The balance must be received one month before the start date of your stay.
Where the fee is discounted due to a special offer, a non-refundable booking fee of of the full discounted cost is required to confirm a booking.
If bookings are made less than 30 days before the start of the stay then the full amount must be received to confirm the booking.
For bookings cancelled more than 30 days before the start of the stay 50% of the full cost is charged.
However, if the booking can be resold then the cancellation fee is reduced to an administrative charge of £50-00.
